I had written previously how Microsoft's IMF (Intelligent Message Filtering) was not particularly for me or my current network setup, but that in no way should imply that it isn't perfect for your own setup (assuming you have Exchange 2003 and the desire to filter out spam).
Microsoft Certified Professional Magazine Online (wow, that name just rolls right off the tongue) has an article up that walks you through using IMF on your Exchange 2003 system.
Overall, it appears that he doesn't think it is perfect, but since it is free the price might just be right for you.
Also wanted to note that in the comments section of that site, people are referring to "SPAM". All capitals usually denotes an acronym (for example, NASA is National Aeronautics and Space Administration.), but in this case "SPAM" does not stand for anything - it is supposed to be just "spam" (or "Spam" if you are referring to the proper noun meat product, or if it starts a sentence).
Sorry, one of my many pet peeves.
