Arnold lays down the law in CA

Well, there is no going to be one more way for spammers to harvest your e-mail address - via file sharing (if you take part). Governator Arnold recently signed a bill into law that said file sharing users in California must provide an e-mail address.

I don't know about you, but I don't live in California. That said, if I did - I sure as hell would be putting Arnold Schwarzenneger government e-mail address in that field in my file sharing browser (at least until they started setting it up so that it has to be a valid e-mail that I can check).
Sure, he doesn't likely read his e-mail and instead has some intern that goes through it for him, reading it aloud during reps of squats and overhead presses - but I still like the idea.
