It looks as if there may be consideration on Microsoft's part to work with Sender ID and the open source community, possibly making an open source license for Sender ID.
This of course being related to two recent posts we had here and here.
Sender ID of course being a Microsoft version of SPF, both of which are designed to prevent the spoofing of e-mail message source servers. This design is to prevent someone from sending an e-mail trying to pose as someone else.
