Slashdot is reporting on Yahoo (among others) covering the fact that new European laws say that employees can sue their employers if they get porn related spam.
This is an interesting spin on employers firing people for e-mailing questionable content to each other. If you can prove it was unwanted and claim that the workplace should have stopped it, you can sue them instead!
