The source is now available for the Windows/Exchange SpamAssassin sink

I had posted up a little while ago a link to a new program that allows admins to integrate SpamAssassin into Exchange 2000/2003 via an EventSink. That means that every time a new e-mail comes into the server, it triggers an event which you can then set in code to trigger a variety of other bits of code. In this case - all of the SpamAssassin functionality that everyone has been loving in the *nix world.

In my previous post, I had mentioned that I (and likely many other admin types), had first wanted to see the source before I would feel 100% confident installing it on the server.

Well, it is now time for us to read over it and get on it! Christopher Lewis has come through for us and put up a source package on his site.

Unfortunately, I am currently absolutely swamped at work - so I will not be able to get this installed this week for certain - but I am hoping that in the near future I can get to it.
I will be trying to read through the source very shortly - perhaps this weekend. I doubt I will find any issue in there and I look forward to getting a chance to go over it.

Link is broken...

Sorry about that - should work now.

(Movable Type adds "br" tags where it sees line breaks in posts and when I pasted in the link it apparently had a line break in there too)

Thanks for pointing that out.
